Escape to the tropics with every sip of this creamy, fruity cocktail.


Ingredients:

1 oz dark or light rum


1 oz coconut rum (like Malibu)


½ oz grenadine


3 oz pineapple juice


1 ripe banana (frozen works great!)


1 cup ice


How to Make It:

Blend It Up:

In a blender, combine rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, banana, grenadine, and ice.

Blend until smooth and creamy.


Taste & Adjust:

If you like it sweeter, add a splash more pineapple juice or a touch of grenadine. For a thicker texture, throw in a few more ice cubes or use frozen banana.


Serve:

Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, cherry, or even a banana slice on the rim for a festive touch.
