Tropical Dragon Fruit Kiwi Smoothie (Inspired by Starbucks)

 



🍹 Ingredients:


For the smoothie layers:

 • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit (pitaya), cubed

 • 1 cup frozen kiwi (or kiwi puree)

 • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

 • 1/2 cup coconut water or apple juice (optional, for blending)

 • 1 tbsp honey or agave (optional, for sweetness)


Toppings:

 • Whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

 • Gummy fruit candy or jelly cubes

 • Fresh kiwi slices

 • Dragon fruit slice (for garnish)



🧃 Instructions:


1. Make Each Layer Separately


Blend each fruit with a bit of juice or water until smooth. Use as little liquid as possible for a thicker texture.

 • Green layer: Blend frozen kiwi (or kiwi with spinach for a brighter green) with a touch of honey.

 • Pink layer: Blend dragon fruit with a splash of coconut water.

 • Yellow layer: Blend mango chunks similarly.


Place each blend in the freezer for a few minutes to thicken and keep the layers from mixing.


2. Layer the Drink

 • In a tall clear cup, spoon the smoothies one at a time: green, pink, yellow, repeating as needed.

 • Use a spoon to press gently and layer cleanly.


3. Top It Off

 • Add a generous swirl of whipped cream.

 • Sprinkle gummy fruit bits on top.

 • Garnish with fresh kiwi and dragon fruit slices.


4. Serve Immediately

 • Serve with a thick straw or spoon. Stir to enjoy all the flavors together.
