🧁 Ingredients

Red Velvet Crust:


1 ½ cups ❤️ crushed red velvet cake crumbs


3 tbsp 🧈 melted butter


Cheesecake Filling:


16 oz 🍰 cream cheese, softened


½ cup 🍬 granulated sugar


1 tsp 🍇 vanilla extract


2 🥚 eggs


½ cup 🍇 blackberry purée (strained)


1 tbsp 🌽 cornstarch


Blackberry Swirl:


¼ cup 🍇 blackberry jam or more purée


Topping (Optional):


Fresh 🍇 blackberries


Whipped 🍦 cream


Crushed ❤️ red velvet cake


👩‍🍳 Instructions


🥣 Mix red velvet cake crumbs with melted butter. Press into a lined springform pan. Chill 10 mins.


🧀 Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.


🥚 Add eggs one at a time, then stir in blackberry purée and cornstarch.


🍇 Pour over crust. Swirl in blackberry jam/purée on top.


🔥 Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 45–50 mins. Cool, then chill 4 hours or overnight.


🍓 Top with whipped cream, fresh berries, and red velvet crumbs. Slice & serve!
